While we strive to provide our customers with unique, high-quality items, it's important to note that shipping and importing goods from international locations can sometimes present logistical challenges, especially in the current political landscape.
We remain committed to offering these diverse products; however, we want to ensure our customers are aware of potential delays and unforeseen issues that may arise during the shipping process. While we make every effort to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, we also want to manage expectations and prevent extended wait times.
To help manage expectations, SHS has recategorized all of our imported dropship products into the "Around the World" tab on our main menu. This allows our customers to easily identify products that are drop-shipped and imported, meaning they are not warehoused in the USA and may experience longer shipping times. All other products offered by SHS are either produced or currently warehoused by SHS or is already warehoused in the United States awaiting shipping.
